Thank you for choosing Solar Eyes.  Solar Eyes sunglasses are designed to deliver years of quality performance.

Solar Eyes sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for any defects in materials or workmanship. Solar Eyes will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Solar Eyes sunglasses found to be defective-exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including lens scratching or breakage. Any alteration or modification of the original product will void the warranty.

Sunglasses returned to Solar Eyes must be accompanied by the following:

1. A dated copy of the original sales receipt showing style number.
2. A brief note detailing the problem and how it occurred.
3. Include your name, phone, address, and check or money order for $7.00 to cover shipping and handling.

WARRANTY AGAINST LOSS AND ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE

Solar Eyes is the only brand of premium eyewear to offer you, our customer, a warranty against the loss or accidental breakage of your glasses.

Very simply it works like this:

The warranty is for a period of three years from the original date of purchase of your SOLAR EYES glasses.   It will also carry the warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the purchase year of the original pair of glasses. There is a replacement cost of $25.00 to cover the cost of the product and shipping and handling. (This is ½ the internet retail price of $49.95)

All you need to do is-

1. Send us a letter or note to:

2. Include a copy of both sides of the warranty/sales receipt.
3. Also include your name, address and phone number.
4. Lastly, don’t forget your check or money order for $25.00. We can’t accept credit card orders for this because of the credit card costs involved.
